I have been in Real Estate for a long time. I have been active in Real Estate since 1992. I have seen a couple of RE cycles come and go. This market though is defiantly the most challenging I have seen. There is good news.... homes are starting to sell ever so slowly. But, FOR SALE signs are still littering nearly every neighborhood.
Most home sellers are screaming HELP! all the while Realtors put up more signs and just hope for a sale.
I have committed to helping sellers do what they want to do --- SELL. Here is my plan.. it is real simple:
(1) Market my listings. I am advertising my homes in the Observer, Homeview West, on 200 different websites, sending out e-mail blasts to other agents, contacts, loan officers. I am spending the time and money it takes to sell my homes!
(2) Answer my phone and e-mail. I answer my phone or will return a call within 30 minutes! TRY IT 734-776-8355
(3) Help my sellers STAGE their homes to sell for market price.
(4) Give bi-weekly reports of how the marketing campaigns are working.
(5) Allow sellers to list with me and cancel at anytime they feel I am not working hard to sell their home. Cancel no questions asked -- no hard feelings.
